Proteger began inside businesses we run ourselves. Every workflow, tool and AI integration we talk about was first built to solve a problem we were losing sleep over. We are new as an external consultancy; we are not new to the work.

Domain we've run · Printing

A printing operation, re-engineered from intake to dispatch.

Running a print business taught us where the hidden friction lives: job specification hand-offs, prepress approvals, machine scheduling, quoting accuracy and exception handling. We've rebuilt each of these inside our own shop.
