Proteger began inside businesses we run ourselves. Every workflow, tool and AI integration we talk about was first built to solve a problem we were losing sleep over. We are new as an external consultancy; we are not new to the work.
Running a print business taught us where the hidden friction lives: job specification hand-offs, prepress approvals, machine scheduling, quoting accuracy and exception handling. We've rebuilt each of these inside our own shop.
Inside our insurance business we've redesigned policy issuance, automated renewal tracking and installed AI-assisted document review. We understand how regulatory constraints push back on operational shortcuts — because we've lived on both sides.
Inventory accuracy, replenishment logic, multi-outlet reporting and point-of-sale flow — the operational muscle that separates a retail business that scales from one that silently leaks margin on the floor.

Proteger was founded by former operators, process engineers, business automation specialists and systems architects — people who have owned the P&L, the SLA, and the deploy pipeline. We built the firm around four commitments.
